Refund Policy
We aim to provide a smooth and fair experience for both Service Seekers and Service Providers. In the case of disputes or cancellations, we adhere to the following refund policy:
Service Seeker Refund Policy
- If the Service Provider does not complete the job or fails to perform as agreed, the Service Seeker is eligible for a full refund.
- A dispute will be opened after cancellation, and the Admin will review the case for eligibility.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Service Provider Refund Policy
- Service Providers will be required to return any escrowed payments if the job is canceled due to non-performance or service failure.
- Continual non-compliance may lead to account suspension or penalties.
